Portable 8,000lb Madsen Asphalt Batch Plant

EQUIPMENT AS FOLLOWS:

Madsen Plant #617

1.          Completely Portable 8,000lb Madsen Asphalt Batch Plant:

A)   Portable 8’ x 36’ aggregate dryer with some rebuilt dryer flights, and a 103,000,000 BTU oil/gas burner with Genco controls

B)   Portable 8,000lb Pugmill with a complete set of new wear liners, and some new shanks & tips

C)   Portable hot bins with four gates

D)   Portable hot elevator

E)    Symons triple deck screens

F)    One set of tower legs (platform) with ladders (no foundations needed) 

2.          Portable 54,000 CFM Dustex Baghouse with portable dual cyclone dust collector. Includes augers and all ductwork:

                        A)   Baghouse has 600 6” x 7’ long Nomex bags in excellent condition with and air to cloth ratio of 5.17:1

B)   150hp blower motor

C)   Three discharge augers 

3.          Portable 28,000 gallon Chattanooga Asphalt liquid storage tank with hot oil heat system. Oil heater is not included. 

4.          Portable three bin Kolberg cold feed system:

                        A)   Three variable speed belt feeders

B)   Dodge controls (D/C current) 

5.          Portable Cat D348 600kw (V12) genset enclosed in a 40’ FrueHauf van trailer:

                        A)   Complete with electrical panel, starters, and breakers for complete plant

B)   Power plugs for easy installation

C)   300 gallon fuel tank in trailer 

6.          Control trailer with WEM controls

 

All major updates with no tons. Plant is currently disassembled but major components are wired for operation if inspected.
